Albersun Pipeline Asset Purchase

On March 9, 2018, NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of TransCanada PipeLines Limited (TransCanada), received regulatory approval to purchase and assume operation of sections of the existing Albersun Pipeline, from Suncor Energy Logistics Corporation (Suncor). The Albersun Pipeline provides natural gas delivery services within the Fort McMurray area of Alberta.

Bison Pipeline

Columbia Gas Transmission Modernization Program

Modernizing our Columbia Gas Transmission pipelines means replacing steel pipe, upgrading compression facilities and integrating cutting edge maintenance technology at hundreds of sites. This plan would allow us to cut greenhouse gas emissions by about 20,000 metric tons per year.

Crossfield Gas Storage

Crossfield Gas Storage is located 50 km (31 miles) north of Calgary, Alta, holds 68 bcf (billion cubic feet) of natural gas. A "depleted underground reservoir" facility, gas is stored in what was originally a naturally occurring gas reservoir.

Crossroads Pipeline

TransCanada’s Crossroads Pipeline is a 202 mile (365 km) natural gas pipeline supplying domestic natural gas in Indiana and Ohio.

Eastern Panhandle Expansion Project

Trans Québec & Maritimes Pipeline (TQM)

Trans Québec & Maritimes Pipeline (TQM) was founded in 1980 and has operated a gas transmission system since 1982. The pipeline connects with the Canadian Mainline near the Ontario/Québec border to transport natural gas to the Montréal and Québec City corridor, and interconnects with the Portland Natural Gas Transmission System from the Northeast US.

TransCanada and ATCO Pipelines Asset Exchange
