Safety Handbook
(The Safety Handbook is intended for use only in circumstances where a Contractor is not the Prime Contractor (i.e. the person that has been designated as responsible for Work Site safety under the applicable occupational health and safety Law).  Under no circumstances shall the Contractor rely on the Safety Handbook in circumstances where it has been designated as Prime Contractor.)
